Privacy & Cookies
1. The short version
We are a one-person business. We collect as little as we can, we use it only to answer you and to deliver what you ordered, we do not sell it, and we run no advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
2. What we collect and why
When you use a form on this site: your business name, e-mail address, city or Google listing, any logo file you upload and any note you write. We use it to prepare your proposal and to deliver your order. Legal basis: the steps before and during a contract with you.
When you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number and the content of the conversation, which sit in WhatsApp under Meta's own terms. Legal basis: your request.
When we invoice you: name, address and VAT details, which we must keep for seven years under Dutch tax law. Legal basis: a legal obligation.
When someone scans one of our review codes: we count the scan and the day it happened, and we separate out automated link previews and bots. We do not store IP addresses, device identifiers or any profile, and a scan cannot be traced back to a person.
3. What we do not do
No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no profiling, no automated decision-making, and no sale or rental of personal data to anyone.
4. Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own. Your browser may remember your language choice locally, which never leaves your device and is not a cookie in the legal sense, so there is nothing here that needs a consent banner. Embedded videos are hosted by us and set nothing. If you follow a link to Instagram, WhatsApp or Google, the privacy policy of that company applies from that point.
5. Who else sees your data
Our website and its form inbox run on Netlify, which hosts the site and stores form submissions for us. Our e-mail runs on our domain provider. These are processors acting on our instructions. We use no other third parties, and we do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area other than through the standard safeguards those providers publish.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to twelve months. Customer records and proofs: as long as the working relationship lasts, plus two years. Invoices and anything else tax-related: seven years, because the law requires it. Scan counts: aggregated numbers only, kept for as long as the link exists.
7. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to david@pointofview360.eu and we answer within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
8. Photography and film on location
When we film a storefront in a public place, passers-by can end up in the frame. We blur faces and number plates before delivery as a matter of course, and we can remove any person from a clip on request. Filming inside your premises happens only with your permission, and telling your staff and guests about it is your responsibility.
9. Security
The site runs over HTTPS. The order inbox sits behind a password that only the owner holds. Backups are limited and access is limited to one person.
10. Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top. The current version is always the one on this page.
